Dr. Shannon Voor, a native of Kentucky, has an excellent education and training background. She graduated with highest honors with a B.A in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed her Master’s and Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Louisiana State University, and received specialized training at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Upon returning to Kentucky in 1994, Dr. Voor opened her practice in St. Matthews and has also been on staff for several years at the Frazier Rehab Institute in Downtown Louisville.

Dr. Voor provides comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological services as well as expert consultation in family law matters. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, and depression. She conducts intellectual and academic testing to assess learning disorders and attention deficit disorder.  She evaluates and treats individuals who have suffered neurological problems including brain injuries.

Dr. Voor is credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Kentucky Psychological Association, Society for Neuropsychology, and the Association for Family and Conciliation Courts.
